SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Terms

We offer both domestic and international shipping worldwide. We use Freight LTL, FedEx and USPS with tracking numbers made available. Shipping within the USA and CANADA, takes just 2-3 days. Shipping to EUROPE, AUSTRALIA and ASIA takes 4-5 days. We ship directly from our warehouse in California, USA and all our products are manufactured directly from our headquarters in Chongqing, CHINA. All orders will be processed same business day they are received after which it will be shipped to the recipient. Orders received on the weekend will be processed the next Monday. Free shipping is available to customers in United States (Dealers and freight items not eligible for free shipping). Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you. You will then be able to track your package all the way from our warehouse to your doorsteps (P.O box).

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. Products sold by Talariapowertech.com are covered under our 15-day customer satisfaction policy. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Talaria within 15 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise.

Conditions

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Talariapowertech.com reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.

Product Condition

The product should be returned intact and in its original package, which includes: blank warranty cards, manuals, the UPC code and any item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. If the product is returned incomplete or damaged, the return may be denied credit or restoring charges could be applied. 

Non-Refundable Products

We are sorry that we are unable to offer reimbursement for the following items: Bikes, products containing electronics, gift cards,  batteries, oil, articles on liquidation and delivery fees.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not refundable except in the event that you are returning a product due to a misdelivery or malfunction reported within 15 days. Return costs are supported by the customer except in the event that you are returning a product due to misdelivery or malfunction reported within 15 days. The customer is liable for loss or damage that might happen during return transport. Thank you for using a transport service including insurance. Please note that C.O.D. return shipments will not be accepted.

Invoice

Before TALARIA can process your request for return, the returned item must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the electronic invoice.

Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)

No packages will be accepted without a RMA number. (Return Merchandise Authorization). To obtain an authorization number, contact us. 

Method of Reimbursement

Once we receive the package and stated that the article meets our terms and conditions, we will refund the amount by the same method of payment your made your purchase with. An email will inform you of the operation.

Please allow 1-3 business days for shipping the replacement product.
